MARC APPLIES OVER 20 YEARS' EXPERIENCE in advising clients on complex accounting and financial reporting issues. He expertly determines the accuracy of the underlying assumptions behind financial reports, identifying problems and mitigating risks. Marc has extensive experience with SEC filings, public offerings, restructurings, recapitalizations, and mergers and acquisitions. His areas of expertise include revenue recognition, equity compensation, mergers and acquisitions/purchase accounting, restructurings/impairments, consolidations, lease accounting, derivatives and debt.

Marc provides a broad range of customized, affordable solutions including accounting advice, assessment and process improvements; mergers and acquisitions; GAAP and SEC compliance; advice and training for small and mid-sized accounting firms; and litigation support.

Marc previously was an audit partner at Ernst & Young where he designed and implemented the firm's global audit approach and various quality control processes, as well as created industry-specific tools, templates and knowledge bases that continue to be used worldwide. For several years, he ran the education and quality control processes for E&Y's Orange County office. He also served as an assurance and advisory business services partner for the firm's Southern California area where he worked closely with market leaders in the technology, consumer products, health science, and software and semiconductor industries. In addition to advising his portfolio of clients, Marc was an independent review partner or SEC review partner for many of the firm's larger clients. A recognized technical expert, he was a member of E&Y's global software and semiconductor industry sector networks.

Marc graduated from California State University at Northridge with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. He is a Certified Public Accountant licensed to practice in California.
