RYAN OFFERS DEEP EXPERIENCE assessing the acquisition, integration, building and operating of businesses. Prior to joining Brandlin & Associates, Ryan was with Public Storage, Inc. as an Acquisition, Development & Due Diligence Analyst in its Real Estate group. He performed due diligence audits, was responsible for project finance controls, and established tools to conduct strategic and operational assessments of target acquisitions and developments.

Previously, Ryan was Portfolio Finance Manager of National Water & Power where he successfully implemented numerous programs that improved collections and reduced overhead. He began his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP.

As a Senior Associate in PricewaterhouseCoopers’ Assurance and Business Advisory Services group, Ryan specialized in the investment management industry with a focus on private equity funds. In this role, he managed all aspects of financial and internal audits of clients, including recommendations to resolve weaknesses identified in internal controls. Ryan also held the position of Senior Associate in PricewaterhouseCoopers’ Tax and Legal Services group.

Ryan graduated from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Economics. He is a Certified Public Accountant licensed to practice in California.
